The Organization provides mental health services, which may include educational training, workshops, and therapy sessions, aimed at promoting mental well-being. All services are provided by qualified and licensed mental health professionals employed or contracted by the Organization.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their mental health history, current condition, and any relevant details. They are responsible for their own well-being after sessions, and it is their responsibility to seek emergency assistance if necessary. Clients are expected to maintain a professional decorum during and outside of therapy sessions, engaging in a respectful and cooperative manner. Any behaviour that is flagged as disrespectful by the professional will lead to termination of sessions without any refund. 

 The Organization is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards. Information shared during therapy sessions will be kept confidential, with certain legal and ethical exceptions, such as the duty to report harm to oneself or others.

Clients are required to pay the fees for services as agreed upon in advance in order to book a slot. Payment is due before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Once paid, the session fee is non-refundable. The Organization reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. When rescheduling a session with prior notice, the validity to take the rescheduled session lasts for 7 days, failure to reschedule within a week would make that a paid cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.

 The Organization reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. By engaging in the services provided by the Organization, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
